Advanced speaker system for FiveM (ESX / QB / QBX) with xSound playback, shop support, and access controls.

wipeCommand: command name for wiping all speakers

- shop: enable/disable and set items/prices

- speakers: speaker props and ranges

- Speaker placement, pickup, and access control are handled server-side.

- Audio playback uses xsound.

- Locales live in resource/locales.
